Grand Ballroom

Offering 7,000 square feet of indoor space for up to 450 guests.

Bay View Room

The Bayview room offers 1,225 square feet of venue space for up to 250 guests. This newly converted room was once a restaurant and is equipped with a fully-functioning built-in bar, separated from the main function space by marbled credenzas. It also has its own service kitchen and private reception lobby.  This waterfront room features natural light, with a second-story view of the bay and direct access to a spacious private terrace, perfect for breaks, meals and receptions.

Commodore Room

A private meeting room with 2,025 square feet of venue space for up to 250 guests. This venue offers an outdoor terrace complete with bay views.

Governor’s Boardroom

A luxurious 14-seat meeting venue with a large mahogany table, plush chairs, and water views.

The Ambassador

The Ambassador is a 128 foot 3-deck state-of-the-art luxury yacht that can accommodate up to 150 guests. This temperature controlled floating event space is equipped with a fully-functioning built-in bar, private suite, observation deck with casual tables and chairs, and built-in wood dance floor, perfect for cocktail receptions, meals, and private parties.

Mariner Room

A comfortable naturally-lighted venue with 2,040 square feet of event space for up to 200 guests.


The Library offers more than 835 square feet of venue space for up to 100 guests. This cozy waterfront room features a working fireplace, natural light, with a view of the bay and direct access to a private patio, perfect for breaks, meals, and receptions.

Additional meeting rooms with Terrace or Bay Views include The Clipper Room, The Mariner Room, and The Admiralty Room.

Private Parties

For intimate parties or wine tastings, we offer a private dining room with seating for up to 16 guests. Located adjacent to our main dining room, private parties can savor the same culinary delights of our award-winning Orange County restaurant in an intimate setting.
