Authentic California cuisine meets a historic San Diego setting at Mustangs & Burros. An antique hacienda made of adobe brick, this casual La Jolla restaurant serves up small plates with big Southwest flavors in its charming dining room and spacious patio, both accented by large, inviting fireplaces. Creative dishes are both locally inspired and locally sourced by the Mustangs & Burros culinary team, who also take a personalized approach to an innovative spirits program. Sip on house-made sangria, craft cocktails barrel-aged on site, and margaritas made with Herradura tequila, hand-selected during the staff’s annual “pilgrimage” to Jalisco, Mexico.
