* To qualify for the Weddings Promotion Offer ("Offer"), a contract ("Contract") for a wedding reception and/or wedding room block ("Event") must be signed between June 1 and December 31, 2019 at any participating Meritage Collection properties. Offer must be referenced at start of negotiation of Contract, and is limited to a maximum of 4 complimentary nights.
An Individual who is part of a wedding couple booking a wedding reception or room block ("Planner"; further defined below) must be a DISCOVERY Loyalty Member in order to participate in this Offer.
Individuals who are not yet DISCOVERY Loyalty Members will be provided an option to enroll in the DISCOVERY Loyalty Program prior to signing Contract. "Planner" will receive an upgrade to the best available guest room the night of the Event, including a Newlywed welcome amenity (approximate retail value $75.00) and a complimentary toast at the wedding reception (if applicable). Complimentary room nights will be awarded based on the Package Tier booked at time Contract is signed:
Spend $10,000-$15,000– Receive One (1) Complimentary Night (excludes Pasea Hotel and Spa)
Spend $15,001-$20,000 – Receive Two (2) Complimentary Nights (excludes Pasea Hotel and Spa)
Spend $20,001 and $35,000 – Receive Three (3) Complimentary Nights
Spend $35,001 and up – Receive Four (4) Complimentary Nights
For purposes of these terms and conditions, "Planner" means any individual DISCOVERY Loyalty Member who (a) on behalf of him/herself, books an Event; and (b) is identified as the "Planner" of such Event in the Contract in accordance with these terms and conditions. Offer is subject to availability of guest rooms and wedding facilities at time of booking and subject to terms of the written Contract. May not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts or promotions. Not valid for wedding receptions or room blocks, under negotiation or that have already occurred. Blackout dates and Individual hotel minimum spend requirements may apply. Complimentary nights are based on availability in an entry-level room type.
