Q:Where can I use my Voucher?

A: Vouchers are only usable at the specific Meritage Collection® hotel designated on the confirmation email.

Q: What can Vouchers be used for?

A: Vouchers can be used for charges associated with hotel stays and must be utilized with a hotel reservation only.At checkout vouchers can be used to credit charges such as restaurant, spa, retail, or pool charges.Please inform one of our associates upon check in that you wish to use a Voucher. If the value of your purchase exceeds the available value on this Card, you must pay for the remaining balance at the time of purchase.

Q: Are vouchers refundable?

Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash in any state, except where required by that state's law.

Q: What currency are Vouchers available in?

A: Vouchers are available in US Dollars only.

Q: Do vouchers require activation or registration?

A: Vouchers do not need to be activated or registered and can be used immediately.

Q: Do I need to be a hotel guest to use my voucher?

A: Yes, vouchers can be used to pay for dining or spa services any time you are visiting one of our hotels or resorts.

Q: Can I make an online hotel room reservation using a voucher?

A: No, all reservations require a credit card to hold. Vouchers may be used as payment at the time of check-out. all redemptions have to take place in person. Room charges get deducted upon check-out.

Q: Do Vouchers have an expiration date?

A: Vouchers do not expire.

Q: How is eVoucher delivered?

A: We will deliver the eVoucher to the recipient's email address indicated within the order. If eVoucher is not available, contact the property directly:

Q: How can the recipient redeem an eVoucher?

A: The eVoucher recipient can redeem it by presenting an email print-out at any participating hotel or resort.

Q: Does the full value of a Voucher have to be redeemed at once?

A: The full value of a Voucher does need to be redeemed at once.

Q: How can I check the balance of a Voucher?

A: The full value of a voucher may only be redeemed at once, however if a unique situation occurs, we do have the option to issue a ‘reward’ voucher in the required amount.

Q: Can Vouchers be redeemed for cash?

A: No, Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
