The perfect choice for a fun and immersive activity, our Class Demonstrations are designed to focus on the latest trends and classics in food, wine and beer. Participants will gain culinary tips, tricks and confidence to cook more at home, with plenty of sips and tastes along the way.
Turn your traditional group dinner into an interactive, team-building experience. Under the guidance of our Michelin-star chef, your group will take over the Cooking Center, using the freshest local ingredients to help create a three- or four-course meal paired with Napa wine treasures.
The Iron Chef Takedown is a fun-filled class that starts with a hands-on salsa making challenge. Work in teams to compete for the title of top "salsa making chefs." The winning dish will be featured during a delicious three-course meal to follow.
No matter if you like it shaken or stirred, everyone will love our Shake it Up mixology class led by the drink masters from Napa Distillery. These experts in cocktail architecture will show you how to mix, muddle and master the art of the cocktail using vodka, rum and tequila as their canvas.
Looking for a unique team dinner? Why not try a Wine & Dine Around? With seven unique wine tasting rooms, and another for beer, our culinary team can design a memorable Napa experience without ever leaving the resort. Pick as many tasting rooms as you need to accommodate your group size and let us coordinate a perfectly paired course to be served inside each tasting room. Tasting room capacities vary from 10 to 50 guests.
WINE BLENDING…MAKE YOUR OWN WINE
Turn your team into wine makers with a fun event where everyone can have the opportunity to create their own unique blend. Our wine blending experts give you the basics and then it’s time for everyone to get creative and blend their own wine. This experience makes a great teambuilding event too! Everyone will leave with a bottle of their creation.
