Introducing the Paséa CoLAB
From staying active on the road, to sleep, to nutrition and hydration, and even to packing, we are collaborating with experts to help tackle each of these travel pains. We call this the Paséa Co-LAB. A laboratory of experts that allow us to tackle some of the biggest challenges of travel. For our first CoLAB we partnered with Katie Dunlop of @LoveSweatFitness. She is a nationally recognized fitness expert that is well traveled and knows a thing or two abouts how to stay active on the road. We call this: Love, Sweat, Paséa
Love Sweat Paséa will be a dedicated in-room fitness channel available in all of Paséa's 250 spacious guest rooms and suites beginning in April. The channel will include a series five, 15-minute full HD workout videos infused with Katie Dunlop's signature fun-first training style. Dunlop is a Certified Personal Trainer (NCCPT), group fitness instructor, entrepreneur and creator of Love Sweat Fitness - a health and fitness community that inspires women around the world to find their happy, healthy body.
Work out options include getting
centered with a yoga session filmed in the Balinese-inspired
to workouts featuring different resort backdrops that focus on
everything from abs, legs / booty, arms/back and fully body HIIT.

It's time to work up a sweat. Get ready for 10 minutes of high intensity interval training created to get your blood pumping and get you ready for a day at the beach. This workout uses the Love, Sweat, Fitness booty bands available for purchase in Blend Café.
