Please inform one of our associates upon check in, or on arrival at the restaurant, bar or spa that you wish to use a Gift Card. If the value of your purchase exceeds the available value on this Card, you must pay for the remaining balance at the time of purchase. Cards are not refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash in any state, except where required by that state's law.

A: Gift Cards are available in US Dollars only.
Q: Do gift cards require activation or registration?
A: Gift cards do not need to be activated or registered and can be used immediately.
Q: Do I need to be a hotel guest to use my gift card?
A:No, gift cards can be used to pay for dining or spa services any time you are visiting one of our hotels or resorts.
Q: Can I make an online hotel room reservation using a Gift Card?
A: No, All reservations require a credit card to hold. Gift cards may be used as payment at the time of check-out. all redemptions have to take place in person. Room charges get deducted upon check-out.

A: Gift cards do not expire.
